Auto theft, burglary, loitering, and panhandling are problems which seriously impede business prosperity and growth.  OCC works proactively in partnership with the Oakland Police Department and its Neighborhood Service Coordinators to resolve these issues with individual businesses and for the community as a whole.  Report safety & security issues using the City of Oakland's on-line form.  Please be as descriptive as possible.
